Well everyone I got a new laptop as an early pressy from my parents. It's an HP pavilion with a nice wide screen, and lots under the hood, and windows 7 It makes it so much easier to do stuff now. I can have all my applications on one pc and it is soooo much faster than my old desktop. I should be more active now since it will be easier for me to work on stuff. This week I will be busy with my final project for school. Its my last class to get my professional certificate in web design So once more I will be done with school lol.

An early Happy Thanksgiving to you all! This will be my first married TG and hubby and I will be celebrating it in NC with...ourselves...and the cats.

Sorry for the lack of updates here. I'm still without a scanner and my camera is forever eating batteries so it's more difficult for me to upload things than I'd like. I do have more stuff to upload and it should be up after thanksgiving I'd also like to put up some fun gifty type stuff people might want to give as gifts. I'm thinking ACEO's, bookmarks and the like. Thoughts/opinions? Not sure on any themes for them yet, probably seasonal type things.

Even though I haven't been posting I do come to dA everyday and check on things. I plan on being much more active in the future.

Well the move went as well as could be expected. Now we are kinda settled into our apt in NC in the land of Marines. It's different but so far pretty ok, I can even find my way around a little.

Unfortunately I left my all in one printer/scanner/copier at home...so i'm not sure when i will get that back. Latest is when my friends make a road trip to come visit... On the positive side we do have a nice epson photo printer...so I'm going to fiddle with that and see how the prints are. I might be doing some of my own printing in the future.

I will be headed back to VT for a friends' wedding this weekend, but will be back early next week. Then things will settle down for a little bit and I'll be able to get into art again.

I did upload some new art today. I have been bored and wanting to draw, ofc i packed up most my art supplies. So i hooked up my tablet to my hubby's desktop & dl'ed an english version of SAI and tested it out. I like it...tho my thumb hurts from using my tablet..i push to hard lol. think i need to change my tablets sensativity settings. I need more practice on it..i rarely use it. I have a hard time making lines go certain ways for some reason...usually i just turn the paper...but doesn't help when using the tablet lol.

So anyway I'll be gone for a week or so. But once I'm unpacked i should have new art (photography & traditional) to upload

We have most of our plans done for the big move to NC. Hubby will be home on leave next week for packing (fortunately most is packed up) and then we will make the long drive to nc. The only things left to do are finish packing, get sedatives from the vet for the cats, and confirm that cat friendliness of the hotels (they say they are, i told them we'd have cats when i made the reservations, but I'm going to call and make sure) cuz if we get there and there's issues about that..there will be words. Strong loud words.

Anyway, not sure about internet or when we will have that..so I will probably be offline for a good week or two. Especially since the weekend after we move, i have to come back here to VT for our friends' wedding.

AFter the move, and unpacking, and the wedding, i expect to be much more active on dA. I will only be taking one online class this semester, my last class to get my professional certificate in web design. Intermediate databases...woot? I plan on totally redesigning my website, and uploading lots more to my myspace, as well as getting long overdue art up here to da. I'm also going through old stuff on da and putting some in scraps and deleting stuff all together.
